Danny, Sawyer, Pudge, Wooly, Tillie, Frances, Cranston, T.W., Timothy, the Crows, and the Berenstain Bears are reunited with Lumiere, Cogsworth, Mrs. Potts, and all of their friends from the Enchanted Castle in France. They join Mrs. Potts in the story of the Christmas that they spent with Belle and the Beast a year prior. The story takes to the events years ago. The Beast had recently rescued Belle from a pack of hungry wolves. Belle and the Beast had started becoming friends, but it was a time when the Beast was in far deeper depression than ever.
